Our Approach
Infant massage is a structured and systematic form of tactile stimulation focusing on safety, connection, and builds confidence for new parents.
It offers gentle, evidence-based techniques to soothe babies and strengthen parent–child bonds.
The practice is also guided by attachment theory and developmental psychology for optimal connection with your child.

Our Process
You learn to massage your own child by having the specific strokes demonstrated to you by the instructor using a life-like doll. You can copy and practice on your own infant or another doll if you choose.
Your child wants you – your smell, eye contact, voice and touch all build connection, calm and aid their development. The massage practices prioritise safety, comfort, and practical, easy-to-learn skills, at a pace determined by you and your child in a responsive manner.
Private sessions of two 90 minute classes, and small group classes of 4 are available.
The Benefits
Gentle comforting touch is associated with the release of oxytocin, which supports feelings of safety, security and connection, necessary for emotional wellbeing.
Infant massage supports co-regulation through calm responsive interaction, and lowers cortisol, the stress response, in both parent and infant.
Research also indicates that infant massage may reduce symptoms of abdominal discomfort and pain, aid sleep, and support optimal development.
